Statement of Compliance As a Supplier

商之合规声

As per California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010

根据《2010年美加州供应链透明度法》

 

On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) has come into effect in the State of California. This law was designed to increase the amount of information made available by manufacturers and retailers regarding their efforts to address the issue of slavery and human trafficking, thereby allowing consumers to make informed choices regarding the products they buy and the companies they choose to support.

2012年1月1日《2010年美国加州供应链透明度法》(SB657)已经在加州生效。该法旨在增加生产商和零售商在其应对奴隶和贩卖人口问题方面的努力的信息披露量,从而使消费者在充分告知的情况下就购买何种产品和选择哪个公司的产品做出选择。

We, as one of the qualified suppliers of certain manufacturers and retailers in California, have undertaken efforts to ensure and verify the absence of forced labor and child labor in our mill. These efforts include but not limited to:

我们, 做为加州某些生产商和零售商的合格供应商,已经采取措施来核实、确保在工厂内不存在强迫劳动和雇佣童工。这些努力包括但不限于:

Ÿ           On-site Mill Audit. An on-site mill audit with regard to the basic Corporate Social Accountability was carried out by an independent third party. The scope of audit includes evaluating our compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China in the following aspects: child labor and forced labor, health and safety, working environment, hours of work, non-discrimination and women’s rights etc.
厂现场审。邀请独立第三方进行了基本企业社会责任审核。现场审核范围包含:对中华人民共和国相关法律法规的合法合规,尤其在:童工和强迫劳动、员工健康和安全、工作环境、工作时数、反歧视和妇女权益等方面。

Ÿ           Employee Training. We trains employees responsible for supply chain management on how to identify and respond to supply chain issues, such as child labor or forced labor. We require all our employees to comply with our standards of business conduct to ensure that child labor or forced labor is not used by our mill.
工培。我们对负责供应链管理的员工进行专题培训,讲授如何识别并应对各种供应链管理问题,包括童工和强迫劳动。我们要求所有员工遵守商业道德规范确保工厂内不存在童工和强迫劳动。
